Order fulfillment and cargo transportation need different facts. Tell us which service you need so we can review the right operating scope.
How do I request a one-piece fulfillment plan for my online store?
Submit a quote request and state that you need one-piece fulfillment in the final notes. Include your sales platform, SKU count, expected monthly order volume, where inventory is located, parcel profile, destination markets and the tasks you need reviewed. The team will confirm the available operating and order-handoff scope before onboarding.
What information should I include in a parcel quote request?
Provide the pickup city, destination, parcel count, packed dimensions, total weight and goods description. Share your delivery priority and flag batteries, liquids or other restricted goods for an acceptance check.
Can I request a quote before the final package data is ready?
Yes, but identify estimates clearly and update them before booking. Final dimensions, weight or cargo status can change carrier acceptance, mode selection and the quote scope.
Are parcel prices and transit times shown instantly?
The Services estimator can show an indicative starting price and route transit reference for selected standard parcels. It is not a live carrier quote. The service, chargeable-weight method, current price and delivery estimate are confirmed after the destination, packed parcel data and goods acceptance are reviewed.
How quickly will someone respond?
New requests are reviewed Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 CST. The response depends on the completeness of the cargo and route information and does not represent a guaranteed quote time.
Can you also handle standalone parcels and larger freight?
Yes. One-piece fulfillment is for online sellers processing customer orders; standalone parcel shipping is for already-prepared shipments. Larger palletized, consolidated or oversized cargo can also be reviewed for ocean, air, road or rail options.
